Meet Instructor Shane Gallagher!

Shane Gallagher’s Martial Arts Journey:

I joined the Army at 20 and served 10 years in multiple roles. While serving I fell in love with martial arts. I first started with the Army combatives then moved onto Brazilian jiu jitsu achieving a blue belt. I then moved on to Muay Thai achieving my Purple Khan. When I got out of the Army, I started a family and moved away from martial arts. In 2023 my kids took a class at Tiger Rock through the Mechanicsburg rec program and reignited my love of Martial Arts. I started shortly after finding a home.

Qualifications:

• Tiger Rock Level 1 Brown Belt
• Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt
• Muay Thai Purple Khan
• Former US Military
• Teens Instructor
